Our house is a Colonial style house from 1923, at the center
of Havanna (Centro Habana), in walking distance to the Old City
(Habana Vieja) and Vedado, and three blocks from the Ocean boulevard
Malecon.

You will have your own little recently renovated house built
in 1890 with:
- Bathroom with hot water shower
- Bedroom with wardrobe and air-conditioning
- Living-room with dining table, sitting-group, TV, telephone
and a kitchenette with refrigerator.
The apartment has a security box.
Outside there’s a terrace for your use.
Services
At request we're happy to serve you breakfast and creól
dinner at a modest price. We have laundry service and will help
you with other practial matters, excurions, and finding accomodation
in other Cuban cities. |

Particular means "private house" and is the Cuban
guesthouse. It is a cheaper alternative to a hotel, and also
allows you to easily get in contact with a cuban family. You
can find different Casa Particulares ranging from having one
room for rent to an apartement. The legal Casa particulares
have the official symbol on the door. |
